另一位读者，白莲花:
很多年前， SGM高层干部被指控当学会的女子部向他们展开对话时被欺负，也导致了一位女子部停止出席学会活动。当这位女子部的干部发现了这一点，她向其他的干部寻求意见，但被要求不要大肆提起此事。
终究，这位女子部干部安排了SGM 高层干部和这位女子部见面和要这些高层干部向这位女子部道歉。然而，这位女子部干部还是感到非常的疑惑和伤心，心想为什么这些高层干部能够做出这些事。然而，当这位女子部在日本SGI参加了研修会，她向SGI 的干部拿了指导。令她惊讶的是当她返回马来西亚，她被冷落和职位被移值。一些妇人部也意识到了此事。
我赞同我们应该保护这位女子部的名誉也不应该在雪上加霜。我不满的是SGM的高层干部。其他知道发生此事的高层干部是不是应该要求这些干部除去职位呢？他破了SGI的3个原则之一那他怎么能仍然的带领我们的信心？我对此事感到非常的绝望与伤心为何知道这些事的高层干部犯下的错误的妇人部任然的不理会。妇人部应保护我们宝贵的女子部。如果这些女子部被欺负我绝不会妥协。我会努力的为她们争取正义即使我将遭受迫害。 你呢？你会出一份力吗？
一个早晨，我在SGM办的活动遇见一对夫妇。这一对夫妇这奉献了他们的生命在广布上和SGM里。那天的天气阴沉，当我和他们一起唱题时，他们告诉我今天会是他们最后一次参加SGM的活动。我顿时傻眼了。我的心也沉没了，我们是如何走到一个地步，那么用心的干部决定退后一步？SGM究竟让他们有多失望？他们做错了什么？为什么SGM 要这样的对待这些人？他们只希望自己所说的东西会被听见。他们也希望正义会浮现。我祈求，一天我能够欢迎这对夫妇回来SGM，我想看见他们面带笑容的脸孔。我会为他们站立起来。您会吗？
许多的问题以向SGM的高层干部提出，我们常听到的问题也一直要知道的答案不过令人感到满意的答案始终还没得到。除此之外，这些问题出了没被解答，提问者也被挂上“反学会”的标号。我们只要有透明度和适当的管理。我们并不是反学会，也不会反学会。我们是在学会里长大的，看见这些事情发生在学会里真的让人很心痛。
事实上，我们是好朋友是学会的盟友。在SGI Quarterly 里有这样的一个引用句“一个真正的好朋友是有着慈悲和勇气的告诉我们即使我们不愿意听的事，而如果我们要在人生上有改变和成长我们应该去面对。难道我们不应该感谢他们提出的担忧？他们不是学会的一部分吗？我们是有什么权利给他们贴上标签，并判断他们？对于高层干部，您可以放下您的自我和听取他们的呼喊吗？我希望你能。但是，不管是什么…
我会继续反对不公正的处事，只要我还是创价学会员。
我会看创价学会世世代代的纯流下去。
我会保护所有为广布付出的会友。
我相信你也会和我一样。

Many years ago, there was allegations of SGM top leaders taking advantage of young women division members who went to them for dialogues. There was an incident which resulted in one young woman division member who stopped coming out for meetings. When her YWD leader found out about this, she went to seek advice from other leaders but was asked not to create a big hoo-haa out of this situation.
Eventually, the YWD leader arranged both the SGM top leader and her YWD to meet and demanded that the top leader apologized to her YWD. The YWD leader was still torn, puzzled as to how someone so high level and trusted by many could do such a thing. While in SGI Japan for a seminar, she went to seek guidance from SGI leaders. To her surprise, when she returned, she was given cold shoulder and eventually she was transferred from her position. Some of the top Women Division leaders were also aware of this issue.
I agree we should protect the YWD’s reputation and should not cause further harm to her as she has suffered enough. My frustration is directed at the SGM top leaders. Shouldn’t the other top leaders who knew about this issue demand that the said SGM top leader stepped down from his position? He has broken one of the 3 principles of SGI. How can he still lead us in faith? I was angered to know such behavior of the SGM top leader and disheartened to see that even Women Division top leaders knew about this yet they compromised on this matter. Women Division should protect our precious young women. I will not compromise if any of the young women was ill-treated. I will fight even if it means I will be persecuted. How about you. Will you stand up?
One morning, I met a couple in an event organized by SGM. This couple have dedicated their entire life tirelessly for SGM, for kosen rufu. It was drizzling that day. Weather was gloomy. As I was chatting with this sincere couple, they told me that this would be their last SGM event which they would participate. I was dumbfounded. My heart sank. How did we come to a point where dedicated leaders such as them decided to step back? What has SGM done to keep them? What wrongs did they do to deserve such treatment from SGM? They just wanted their voices to be heard. They longed for righteousness to be restored in SGM. I pray, that one day, I will be able to welcome this couple back to SGM with open arms, wanting to see their glittering face, once again, unlike that fateful day. I will stand up for them. Will you?
Many questions were raised to SGM top leaders, questions which we hear over and over again hoping to get answers from SGM and yet no satisfactory answer was given. Not only most questions were not answered but those who asked questions were sidelined and labelled as anti Gakkai. Please, we only want transparency and proper governance. We are not against Gakkai, no, we will never be anti Gakkai. We grew up in Gakkai. It hurts to see what has happened to Gakkai today.
In fact, we are good friends, ally to Soka Gakkai. A quote in SGI Quarterly “A truly good friend is someone with the compassion and courage to tell us even those things we would prefer not to hear, which we must confront if we are to develop and grow in our lives.” Shouldn’t we thank them for raising their concerns? Aren’t they part of SGM? Who are we to label them and to judge them? To those top leaders, can you let down your ego and hear their outcry? I am still hopeful that you could. But, no matter what…
I will continue to speak up against injustice as long as I am a Soka Gakkai member!
I will see to it that Soka Gakkai flows like a ‘pure stream’ for generations to come!
I will protect all members who have dedicated their lives for kosen rufu!
I trust that you will do the same.

Thank you for sharing White Lotus. I have heard of this incident too and was shock and anger by this. Agreed that we have to protect the victim who has suffered silently. BUT why should the other top leaders who knew such a thing protect the wrongdoer!
How can Soka Gakkai declare that we are the one and only organization in the world to propagate and uphold the correct teaching of Nichiren Daishonin if the Gakkai top leaders compromised such an evil act in the organization?
Why are they so afraid to speak up on any wrongdoing which they are aware of? Many are giving the reasons that they cannot say because it will affect members’ happiness/faith and will affect kosen rufu movement.
We have to be very clear that the reason for speaking up and taking action is because we want SGM to be a clean and transparent organization, lead by responsible and righteous leaders who inherit the true spirit of the 3 founding presidents. If we really think of our members’ happiness, if we really want to protect our members, the more we need to stand up. Furthermore our faith is directly link to Gohonzon. There is no person that can stand in between us and the Gohonzon. What we want to speak up is in relation to the action, administration and management of SGM top leaders. So why are they so afraid to speak up then?
And if telling the truth and seeking righteousness will affect kosen rufu while keeping silent and compromise evil act will protect kosen rufu, then we should ask ourselves whether are we practicing correctly?
Justice only exist when you stand up and take action.

Sometimes we read in news of ISIS suicide bombing and we wonder, in disbelief, why people would kill themselves for a cause. We think it was because of brainwashing since young. This is the extreme example. But what we see today, where leaders continue to support top leaders despite knowing full well of their wrong doing, is this a milder form of brainwash, of blind faith? It is very scary when people does not use their rational judgement and act base on emotion or trust.

When the Shohondo Grand Main Temple in Taisekiji was built in 1972, Sensei called for world contribution of rm600,000,000. The money was raised within 10 days by world members. Immediately, Sensei made announcement to stop the contribution as it has reached the target.
But our SGM still practice calling for contribution year after year.

Tomorrow is All Leaders Meet. There will be new leaders appointment to replace some leaders, which implied these leaders being replaced are sidelined or terminated. What will you do? Sit by and watch?
